Well-appointed and top-notch room, all in all had perfect stay.

We liked staying 3 nights here. Breakfast was great, pleasant views, magnificent location short walk to the centre as well as Near to main train station. The ambience felt really quiet and the service was GOOD.

Stayed in soundproof studio suite with a separate bedroom. The location was good and fantastic close to grocery store.

We were in Munich for 4 days, had really amazing stay, the hotel was fairly clean with good and incredible location in front of tram 17 & 16. The staff was amazingly friendly and really friendly all that time. The service was all in all great. Furthermore, the parking was within the premises and convenient.

It was a newly decorated and well priced hotel in a very comfortable area, very close to the Citadines Arnulfpark, and train station or festival grounds, and central munich as well. All of the staff was especially helpful and patient. The location was quiet and comfy and the room was perfectly clean. Efficient service offered in this property. I could park the car under ground.

the whole experience was fine. the hotel was modern and the staff especially helpful, decent location easy to access supermarket too. had a brand-new and family-friendly room with kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and i couldn't ask for more. a microwave, an electric kettle and a dishwasher were available. the place had a quiet atmosphere. the provided service was efficient.

Facilities were nice clean, though Wi-Fi was very poor.

Great location, easily accessible via trams and close to railway station. Helpful staff who were knowledgeable about local attractions. Clean and well-equipped rooms, albeit slightly smaller than expected. a good experience with comfortable bedding and a good breakfast.

Some noise issues, with soundproofing not quite up to par, which affected the quality of sleep. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and should not be offered as an option for sleeping.
